Why Can I Do All This?
After having lived in 7 countries & 7 states in the U.S., I have a knowledge and love of food and wine. My family has a long line of chefs and cooks that have influenced and inspired me, my whole life.
- While living in Milan, I studied cooking under Marcella Hazan in Bologna, Italy. As the former owner of “La Petite” catering, I cooked all the dishes to serve parties of 2 to 50 people. Always serving nothing but the freshest, made from scratch, gourmet meals.
- My love of wine lead me to study for my Advanced Certification as a wine specialist at the International Wine Center (Wine and Spirits Educational Trust) WSET, in NYC. I specialized in sparkling wines in hopes to become an importer. Now, as a Certified Wine Specialist, I am able to share that knowledge with you.
- I have worked in the interior design industry and know how to utilize space to the fullest. I can help you with your kitchen to make it function for you.
Having everything at your fingertips, makes cooking a breeze.
